An Action For Damages Before The Court Of Justice Of The European Union

Abstract

Among the actions that take place before the Court of Justice of the European Union and forming competence include liability action. This is triggered due to the fact that the European Union through the work they carry can cause damage, training on such civil liability. The paper is structured in the action for damages, both declictual and contract, in the light of the Lisbon Treaty, namely the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union.
